This property in Fort Myers, Florida presented a multi-faceted challenge: acquire its distressed first mortgage, lease the 50% vacant space, secure a non-recourse loan, buy out a partner, address existing code violations, settle a lawsuit from the neighboring property owner, and ultimately sell the building at a profit.
