Kevin directs Tobin Development and is active in all aspects of industrial and commercial property developments. His prior experience at CBRE included serving private and public companies, providing industrial real estate brokerage services and handling numerous tenant representation assignments in multiple build-to-suit transactions.
Randy Lindenberg
Strategic Partner - Construction
As Strategic Partner for Construction at Tobin Development, Randy leverages significant industry experience. He previously served as VP of Project Development and Owner at FCL Builders, a national industrial contractor specializing in Design/Build delivery. Over the past 30 years, he has gained expertise that encompasses sales, estimating, and design development oversight for both greenfield and brownfield projects across the U.S.
M. Cathleen Tobin
Strategic Partner - Property Management
Cathleen Tobin leads property management efforts at Tobin Development, bringing over 25 years of experience overseeing office, medical, retail, and industrial properties. Most recently, she managed the LEED Gold One Belleview Station in Denver, CO. Cathleen has also commissioned 13 new developments, including the LEED Silver 1755 Blake and the AT&T Corporate Office Center/USG Building Complex in Chicago. She holds the RPA designation with BOMA.
Nick Anderson
Strategic Partner - High Rise Development
Based in Chicago, Nick Anderson is Founder and President of Fern Hill Company. Nick brings ten years experience as a former Vice President at Related Midwest developing some of the most significant luxury residential high rise buildings in Chicago.
